How to add another user to the Merchant Portal
You can give members of your team access to your brand's Merchant Portal. After you have created your account, you can follow the steps below to add another user to your account.
- Login at partners.prizeout.com
- Click Users
- Click Add New User in the upper right hand corner
- Enter the new users full name and email address
- Click Save
- The new user will receive an email
- Click the link in the email to setup an account
- Enter and confirm a password
- Click Create Password
- The new user will now have full admin access to the Merchant Portal
To delete access go into the Users tab and click the garbage can next to the users name you wish to delete. You can then confirm and the user will be deleted from the Merchant Portal.
