Merchant Portal Account
We would suggest you only invite those necessary to have access to your Merchant Portal. Please follow the steps below to login, give team members access, and add contact information to your account in order for Prizeout to reach you.
How to login into the Merchant Portal
You can login into your Merchant Portal via https://partners.prizeout.com/
How to give other members of your team access
You can give members of your team access to your brand's Merchant Portal. After you have created your account, you can follow the steps below to add another user to your account.
- Login at partners.prizeout.com
- Click Users
- Click Add New User in the upper right hand corner
- Enter the new users full name and email address
- Click Save
- The new user will receive an email
- Click the link in the email to setup an account
- Enter and confirm a password
- Click Create Password
- The new user will now have full admin access to the Merchant Portal
Adding your companies contact information
We suggest entering contact information for a few different members of your team. This is to ensure when Prizeout needs to reach the correct member of your team we have their information on file.
- Login at partners.prizeout.com
- Click Profile
- Click the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner of the Contact Information section as the bottom
- Click Add Contact
- Choose the position of the contact in question
- Enter their name, email and telephone number
- Click Create New Contact
