How to connect bank information
Please use one of the following methods to connect you bank account information with the Merchant Portal.
While Plaid is the faster method, not all banking institutions connect with Plaid. If yours does not, please follow the steps to connect your bank account manually.
Please note: Payments are made every Friday for the week ending 14 days prior.
Connect Through Plaid
Connect Bank through Plaid
Bank information will need to be added to your account in order for Prizeout to pay your business. You can do so by connecting via Plaid or manually. In order to connect your bank information correctly please follow these steps below:Plaid helps companies connect customers to their financial data through apps, platforms and services in a more secure and efficient way. Because Plaid is encrypted, Plaid and it’s partners never have access to their customers confidential login credentials. In order to connect your bank information through Plaid correctly please follow these steps below:
- Enter the Prizeout Merchant Portal
- Click Financials in the left menu
- Next to Plaid click Connect in the financials tab
- Select your bank provider
- Sign into your account
- Verify the account you wish to connect
- Connect!

Connect Manually
Connect Bank Manually
Bank information will need to be added to your account in order for Prizeout to pay your business. You can do so by connecting via Plaid or manually. In order to connect your bank information correctly please follow these steps below:- Enter the Prizeout Merchant Portal
- Click Financials in the left menu
- Next to manual click Add
- Choose the account type and fill in all required fields
- You will then be prompted with a success screen
- Your account will then be pending verification
- Verification is completed by confirming microdeposit amounts within your bank account
- Wait for two small deposits to hit your account
- When you see them log back into your merchant portal, click Financials, and click Verify Account
- Enter the two microdeposit amounts and click Verify
- If successful, you will see a green verified checkmark next to your account
